类风湿伴肺间质改变患者血中Ⅲ型前胶原变化的研究

Determination of serum type Ⅲ procollagen in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and interstitial lung disease

用放免法检测 30例类风湿关节炎伴或不伴肺间质病变的患者血中Ⅲ型前胶原含量 ,并以 15例正常人为对照。结果显示 ,类风湿关节炎患者 ,血中Ⅲ型前胶原明显高于正常对照组 ,且类风湿关节炎伴肺间质改变患者的血中Ⅲ型前胶原含量也高于类风湿关节炎无肺间质改变者。提示 ,类风湿关节炎患者易合并肺间质病变 ,且Ⅲ型前胶原水平变化对反映其是否合并肺间质病变具有一定敏感性。

Type Ⅲ serum procollagen (PcⅢ) was measured by radio-immunoassay in 30 rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients with or without interstitial lung disease(ILD) and in 15 normal control subjects. The results showed that PcⅢ of RA patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls. PcⅢ levels is higher in RA patients with ILD than that in RA patients without ILD. The results suggested that RA patients with higher serum PcⅢis more vulnerable to ILD, and the determination of PcⅢ might be valuable to show the complicated ILD.
