摘要
采用三氯化铬为铬源培养富铬绿豆芽 ,观察不同浓度和不同培养方法对豆芽生长及含铬量的影响。结果表明 ,用 40mg kg的铬溶液一次性浸种 2 4h ,2 5℃发芽 5天获得富铬豆芽 ,其铬含量为普通绿豆芽的10 0倍。用 2 0 0~ 32 0nm波长范围对普通绿豆芽及富铬绿豆芽进行紫外扫描 ,发现其在 2 5 7nm处有一特征吸收峰 ,且随着富铬绿豆芽铬含量的增加 ,其吸光度值却呈下降趋势。
Getting organic chromium by cultivating chromium-enriched mungbean sprouts was studied. Chromium content in mung-bean sprouts was determined and the growth performance was observed under different conditions.The result showed that the optimal condition of cultivating chromium-enriched mungbean sprouts was soaking mungbean seeds in 40 mg/kg chromium solution about 24 hours,then cultivating under 25℃ for 5 days.The supernatant of chromium-enriched mungbean sprouts and normal mungbean sprouts were tested by scanning with ultraviolet spectrometry within the range of 200-320nm wavelength. It is found that a characteristic ultraviolet absorption peak appears at 257nm, and its optical density is descended with the incrasing of chromium in the chromium-enriched mung-bean sprouts.
