摘要
目的 测定不同产地及不同药用部位藏药翼首草中总皂苷的含量。方法 样品显色后通过分光光度法测定总皂苷的含量 ;样品预处理以无水乙醇 30ml、浓盐酸 3ml回流提取 2h。结果 显色后的样品比较稳定 ,测定方法简便、灵敏、准确。结论 总皂苷以西藏拉萨的翼首草为高 ;不同药用部位中根比叶高出约 10 %~ 2 0 %。
OBJECTIVE To determine saponins of Pterocephalus hookeri Hoeck in different resources and medicinal parts.METHODS Saponins was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry after the samples have been coloured;The process of samples prepared during 2 hours needs 30 ml alcohol and 3 ml hydrochloric acid heated by boiling water.RESULTS The samples is stable after they are coloured;the method is simple,sensitive and accurate.CONCLUSION The content of saponins in Pterocephalus hookeri Hoeck of Lasa in Tibetan is the highest;By the determination of different parts in this herb,it was found that the content of saponins in roots is normally 10%~20% more than that in leaves.
