补肾明目口服液的质量标准研究

STUDY ON QUALITY STANDARDS FOR BUSHEN MINGMU ORAL SOLUTION

目的 建立补肾明目口服液的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法对口服液中的决明子、赤芍、三七进行鉴别 ;用高效液相色谱法测定口服液中大黄酚的含量 ,平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD =1 38% (n=5 )。结果与结论 所建方法简便、准确、专属性强 ,可用于补肾明目口服液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control standards for Bushen Mingmu oral solution.METHODS Semen Cassiae?Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Notoginseng in oral solution were identified by TLC.The contents of chrysophanol in Bushen Mingmu oral solution were determined by HPLC.The average recovery of sample added was 99.1%,RSD=1 4% (n=5).RESULTS AND CONCLUSION These methods are simple,accurate and specific.They can be used for the quality control of Bushen Mingmu oral solution
