摘要
目的 建立测定血浆中VPA浓度的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法 血浆样品在 6mol·L-1H2 SO4条件下 ,用CHCl3 萃取 ,萃取液于DB -FFAP毛细管柱 ,FID检测器中进行分析。结果 最低检测浓度为 0 .78mg·L-1,线性范围 1.5 6~ 4 0 0mg·L-1,加样回收率 91.2 %~ 10 1.0 % ,日内RSD为 3.2 2 %~ 4 .77% ,日间RSD为 3.93%~ 6 .4 3%。结论 该方法简便快速 ,准确可靠 ,适用于临床的常规监测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simple GC method for the determination of valproic acid in plasma.METHODS The plasma samples with 6 mol·L -1 H 2SO 4 were extracted by chloroform.The extract was analysed with DB-FFAP capillary column with FID.RESULTS The limit of detection for VPA was 0.78 mg·L -1 The standard curve was linear within the range of 1.56 400 mg·L -1 The recovery of methodology were 91.2%-101 0% RSD in a day and between days were 3.22%-4 77% and 3.93%-6 43%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid.It is very suitable for clinical routine monitoring.
