摘要
对混凝沉淀法处理难于自然沉降的煤泥水进行试验研究 ,通过分析煤泥水的性质、煤泥的粒度及干煤泥的矿物组成 ,确定煤泥水难处理的主要原因是煤泥颗粒粒度小 ,且表面带有较强的负电荷。试验研究了电石渣和 Ca Cl2 对煤泥水的混凝效果 ,并采用正交试验确定了电石渣— PAM混凝沉淀法处理煤泥水的最佳工艺条件和实际应用条件。研究结果表明 ,采用电石渣— PAM混凝沉淀法处理煤泥水具有较好的处理效果 ,处理后煤泥水的各项指标均能达到国家排放标准 ,且能满足洗煤工艺的用水要求。
The experimental research on coagulation precipitation treatment process used to treat the coal slime water being hardly to precipitate naturally is made .By analyzing the nature of coal slime water, the size of coal slime and the mine contents of dry coal slime, the cause that the coal slime water is difficult to be treated is determined that the size of coal slime particulates are small and surface of the particulates have rather strong negative charge.The coagulation effects of calcium carbide slag and CaCl_2 on the coal slime water are experimentally studied. The optimum technological conditions and the practical application conditions that coagulation process of calcium carbide residue-PAM is used to treat coal slime water are determined with the method of orthonormal design. The study results indicate that using the coagulation precipitation treatment process of calcium carbide slag-PAM to treat the coal slime water has quite good treatment result. Each target of the coal slime water treated with the method is up to the standard of discharging wastewater in China, and the water satisfy the need of water of washing coal technology.
