摘要
以之江菌素产生菌玫瑰黄链霉菌杭州亚种 93- 15 - 32菌株为出发菌 ,研究离子注入微生物的诱变效应 .结果表明 ,各剂量 N+离子注入之江菌素产生菌的总变异率达 4 2 .4 %~ 73.0 %,其中正变异率达 5 .8%~ 38.2 %.通过 9批诱变实验 ,筛选到一株高产菌株 97- 4 9,效价比出发菌株提高4倍多 .通过 5代传代 ,产素性能能稳定遗传 ,并通过了 4 0 0 L发酵罐中试 .实验结果表明 ,离子注入处理是一种有潜力的微生物诱变育种新方法 .
The biological effects of Streptomyces roseoflavus subsp. hangzhouensis n. subsp. with N + implantation were reported in this paper. The total and positive mutation rates for various doses were 42.4%-73.0% and 5.8%-38.2% respectively. The Mutant 97-49 was obtained through N + implantation. Its potency was over four times than that of the parental strain,and it also showed good genetic stability. These results showed that the ion implantation was an effective method for microbe mutagenesis.
