对于民族地区来说 ,人才外流是一个较突出的现实问题 ,只要地区与地区在经济、科技等方面还存在差距 ,人才外流就不可避免 ,这是市场经济体制下的社会现象。人才是一个地区经济发展的关键 ,然而民族地区人才匮乏日趋严重 。

At present, brain drain has become an outstanding problem in ethnic areas. As a social phenomenon under market economic system, brain drain is inevitable as long as there exists a gap of economy and technology in different areas. As we all know, the key to regional economic development lies in talented personnel. However, the shortage of talented personnel in ethnic areas becomes more and more serious with the yearly decreasing number of university students who return to ethnic areas after graduation. The author makes an analysis on how to look at and understand this issue. [
