Experiencing market competition for years, the Maeda Corp. in Japan has formed a managerial corporation gradually. The original staff and workers as well as equipment and machinery have merged into various independent professional companies. The features in quality management for the Maeda are as follows: following unremitting efforts and education, all the employees have the quality consciousness; the professional company has more advantages in quality control of construction; mechanization and automation can reduce maximally the artificial factors affecting quality; more attention are paid on the introduction of the new technologies and new work processes in order to improve the construction quality; and each specialty has a set of work process very easy of operation, to ensure the quality.
