我国回转窑水泥不同粉磨工艺颗粒形貌剖析

Analysis on the morphology of rotary kiln cement particles made by different grinding process

利用电子显微镜及专用的计算机软件等方法,对我国目前大中型水泥企业不同粉磨工艺下水泥颗粒形貌状况进行了研究分析。研究结果表明,我国不同粉磨工艺下水泥颗粒形貌存在较大差别,提高磨机研磨功能有利于改善水泥颗粒形貌。

Analysis on the morphology of cement particles made by different grindin g process in the large to medium cemen t plants in China was conducted by mean s of electrical microscope and specific computer software.The results i ndicate that there is big difference for the cement particles made by different grinding pro cess.The improvement in the capabil ity of the mill can result in the modification of the morphology of cement particles.This re sult will lay the basis for the future research on improving the morphology of the Chinese cement particles.
