隧道及地下工程喷膜防水技术的研究

研究用于隧道及地下工程的喷膜防水材料的配方、喷射机具、施工工艺及质量检测方法。喷膜防水材料以丙烯酸金属盐水性单体为主液 ,以过硫酸钠为引发剂 ,添加交联剂、增塑剂及各种助剂 ,利用喷枪将喷液喷射到防水的界面 ,瞬间凝聚成具有一定强度和韧度的薄膜 。

The formula, spraying tool, construction process and quality inspection method of spraying film waterproof material used for tunnel and underground engineering have been studied. The material consists of acrylate waterborne monomer as main solution, sodium persulfate as reaction initiator and added crosslinking agent, plastifier as well as every kind of assistant. The spraying gun is used for spraying the material onto the waterproof interface. Thus a certain strength and tenacity of thin film is coagulated temporarily so as to achieve waterproof aim.
