磷石膏基建筑腻子的配制与性能研究

磷石膏经石灰中和、球磨或水洗、球磨预处理 ,可煅烧成优等品建筑石膏。采用改性木薯淀粉胶和有机、无机复合缓凝保水技术 ,可配制磷石膏建筑腻子。它具有节能、利废、施工性能好、硬化快、粘结强度高的特点 ,是一种新型绿色建材。文中介绍了磷石膏建筑腻子配制原理。

The phosphogypsum can be calcined into quality building plaster via neutralized with lime, ball milled or water washed, ball milling pretreated. The modified cassava starch glue, organic and inorganic compound retarding and water retaining technology are used for preparation of phosphogypsum building putty which is a new green building material and has obvious advantages, such as erengy saving, utilization of wastes, good workability, fast hardened and high adhesion strength. This paper presents preparation principle, process and performance of phosphogypsum building putty.
