摘要
本文首先从教育行政机构的设置、职责权限、教育行政官员、教育行政措施四个方面探讨了日本教育行政的特点,然后根据日本教育行政特点,扼要地分析了它对我国教育行政改革的启示。
The paper dwells on the characteristics of Japanese educational administration with theory analysis, which displayed roughly in some respects such as the estabilshment of the organization, the orga- nization functions, the officer and the administrative measures. This will have a direct, actual meaning to the reform of our educational administration.
