摘要
运用交易成本理论和资产交易专用性理论分析高校后勤改革的经济学原因 ,指出后勤服务组织与高校教学科研组织需要不同的治理机制 。
The economic cause of the current reform of higher education affiliated service body is explored here from the perspective of transaction cost and specific excharge of assets in China higher education area. It is suggested that because different management mechanism exists between the teaching and research and the affiliated service , the affiliated service sections should be isolated relatively from the teaching and research department under the charter contract system.
