摘要
本文认为正确看待生源质量 ,重视高等教育结构和布局的调整 ,改变传统的教学质量观 。
This article presents some thoughts, such as reasonably considering the quality of the source of freshmen, paying much attention to the adjustment of structure and overall arrangement of high education, changing the traditional ideas of teaching quality, practically establishing the thought of positioning universities according to their levels, which are very essential to the sound development of higher education in China.
