莆田市1999年农药中毒情况调查

Survey on pesticide intoxication in Putian city in 1999

目的 为了解掌握我市农村农药中毒概况,分析发生中毒因素,为制订安全用药措施提供科学依据。方法 根据农村农药中毒报告卡进行逐项分类统计分析。结果 农药中毒以有机磷为主,占中毒总例数的87.10％,中毒的主要因素,一是生产性中毒,占67.7％;具有明显的季节性变化,4月和8月份发生的中毒占总例数84.7％,男性明显高于女性,比值为1.9:1;中毒年龄以青壮年为主;中毒程度以轻、中度为主。二是非生产性中毒,占总例数的32.3％,均为成年人自服农药自杀,女性明显高于男性,比值为3.2:1;中毒以重度病例为主,其中死亡10例,病死率达32.25％。结论 有机磷农药毒性大、易吸收,使用面广量大,使用过程中不按安全操作规程和自服农药自杀是导致中毒的主要原因,加强相应的防范措施可降低其中毒的发生率。

Objective To study the pesticide intoxication status in the countryside of Putian city, analyze the reasons for intoxication, and provide scientific basis for drawing up the safe measures of pesticide using. Methods The reporting cards of pesticide intoxication were statistically analyzed type by type. Results The main pesticide intoxication is organic phosphorus poisoning, which occupied 87 .10 percent of the total. One of the main reasons for intoxication is working intoxication, which occupied 67 .7 percent; it is obvious seasonal: the cases happened in April and August make up84.7 percent of the total, male incidence is higher than female, the rate is 1.9:1; most of the intoxication happened among young and healthy people; the degree of intoxication is mainly slight and middle. The other main reason for intoxication is non - working intoxication, which occupied 32.3 percent of the total. Almost all of the cases is due to adult pesticide suicide, of which the rate of female is higher than male, the rate is 3.2:1; the degree of intoxication is mainly severe. There are the death cases among all the cases, the death rate is 32. 25 percent. Conclusion The main reasons for intoxication are that the organic phosphorus pesticide has high toxicity, broad usage, unsafe operating rules, and is easy to be absorbed. Pesticide suicide is also one of the main reasons. Related preventive measures should be strengthened to reduce the intoxication indicence.
