福田区2000年学校卫生监督监测剖析

Analysis of school hygienic supervision in 2000 in Futian district

目的 总结福田区2000年学校卫生监督监测情况,分析存在问题及解决办法。方法 对30所中小学监督监测结果进行综合评价,并对小学一年级到高三年级共143间教室人均面积、照度和课桌椅符合率等分项进行评价。结果 学校环境噪声超标严重,合格率仅为43.3％,课桌椅卫生合格率为76.7％,教室照明合格率为86.7％。教室卫生问题以低年级为多,各年级最突出的问题是课桌椅符合率低。结论 迫切需要制订具体、可操作性强的法律法规,以规范学校卫生监督工作。有关部门领导认真学习《学校卫生工作条件》,卫生防疫部门筹建学校时进行预防性卫生监督,加大监督力度;学校在利用时要遵循卫生要求、争取做到科学合理,三方共同努力才能促进学校卫生工作。

Objective To analyze the school hygienic supervision in 2000 in Futian district, and find the problems and their solution. Methods The results of hygienic supervision of 143 classrooms (average space , light, desk and chair ) in 6 high schools and 12 primary schools were evaluated. Results Surrounding noise of the classroom severely exceeds the criterion, the rate up to grade is only 43 .3 % . Only 76.7percent of all desks and 86.7 percent of the lights are up to grade. The biggest problem exists in the classroom desks and chairs. The hygienic problems of classroom in lower grades are more severe than higher grades. Conclusion It is necessary to make a more practical rules to regulate the school hygienic supervision. The concerned administrators should study carefully the ' law of school hygiene' . The hygienic supervision should be strengthened. And school should make reasonable and scientific use of the laws.
