摘要
为了解决胫骨平台骨折经皮固定问题 ,对撬拨复位、经皮鱼嘴钳固定的治疗方法进行了临床应用研究 ,共治疗 36例 ,按马元璋后期疗效标准评定 ,良好 2 8例 ,占 77.77% ;较好 5例 ,占 13.88% ;一般 3例 ,占 8.35 %。认为该治疗方法固定可靠 ,能早期进行伤肢功能锻炼 ,同时减轻了手术创伤 ,降低了手术治疗率 ,避免了取内固定物二次手术 ,是目前治疗胫骨平台骨折简便。
In order to solve the problem in percutaneous fixation for tibial plateau fractures the author performed clinical study in the method of prying reduction and percutaneous fish mouth clamping fixation. According to Ma Yuanzhang's evaluation standard of late curative effect, of the 36 cases treated, 28 cases were excellent(77.77%),5 cases good(13.88%) and 3 cases fair(8.35%). It is considered that this method has the advantages of firm fixation, early functional exercises of injured limbs, minimal invasion during operation, avoidance of secondary operation to take out internal fixation instrument, therefore it is now an easy and effective method to treat tibial plateau fracture.
