硫酸新霉素对牛蛙温和气单胞菌感染疗效试验

Efficiency of Neomycin Sulfate Against Experimental Aeromonasis in Bullfrog

硫酸新霉素口服和药浴对牛蛙温和气单胞菌感染试验结果表明 :硫酸新霉素 2 0mg/kgb .w .口服 ,对牛蛙温和气单胞菌感染有较好的预防作用 ,而 4 0mg/kgb .w .连续用药 5d ,每日 2次 ,则能显著降低发病蛙的死亡率 ,具有较好的治疗效果。硫酸新霉素 5 0mg/kg药浴 ,连续 5d ,每日 1次 ,也具有较好的预防作用和治疗效果。

The protective effect of neomycin sulfate against Aeromonas Sobrio infections in bullfrog was conducted. The results showed that neomycin sulfate was effective to prevent and cure Aeromonasis in bullfrog when administered orally by gavage at dose of 20mg/kg b.w. and 40mg/kg b.w. for 5 days (twice daily) or soaked in the drug solution at dose of 50mg/kg for 5 days (once daily) .
