霍乱毒素B亚单位免疫佐剂的研究进展
摘要
研究表明霍乱毒素B亚单位 (CTB)是一种良好的蛋白抗原载体 ,具有较强的免疫佐剂活性。本文对纯化CTB、重组CTB和CTB与特异性抗原融合蛋白中的CTB的佐剂活性的研究进展以及不同的CTB使用剂量、使用方式和不同免疫途径对其佐剂活性的影响进行了综述 。
