影响牛卵母细胞体外发育能力的因素

Factors in Fluenced the Developm ental Competence of Bovine Oocytes in Vitro

本文重点从三个方面探讨了影响卵母细胞成熟发育 能力的制 约因素：①通过分析卵母细胞核成熟和胞质成熟的过程及成熟时各细胞器的状态，指出在体 外培养系统中卵母细胞的核成熟，并不代表胞质的成熟，推迟卵母细胞减数分裂的恢复能够有 效促使胞质成熟；②针对母牛卵巢的功能结构和形态变化、卵泡发育程度及母牛发情周期的 不同阶段等有关内容的实验材料，分析了卵泡发育过程中的几种关键因素对卵母细胞发育能 力的影响，为了获得较多具有发育潜力的卵母细胞，提出了采集母牛卵巢的适宜情期阶段；③ 根据卵母细胞发育的不同的阶段，提出采取不同培养液能提高卵母细胞的发育力。

As the oocytes were cultured in vitro,a number of factors influenced its developmental competence,in which,thre e following aspects were focused on:①The process of nuclear and cytoplasmicma turation and the state of organelle have been analysed when oocytes were cultured,we thought that nuclear maturation of oocytes did not mean cytoplamic maturati on in culture system in vitro,therefore, to delay the oocytes meiosis could proote the cytoplamic maturation efficiently ;②According to the previous studies on the changes of the ovarian structure,fu nction and morphology,follicular growth phases and estrous cycle,we analysed some key elements that influenced the devel opmental competence during follicular growth and we though more oocytes with developmental potential could be harvested during the proper day of estrous cycle;③ Culture system was analysed,we pointed out that using different media could in crease oocytes developmental competence according to developmental phases of ooctes.
