塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物样品中钼含量的研究

摘要 首次对比研究了塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物样品中钼含量。以硝酸钯 (Pd(NO3 ) 2 )、三氯醋酸 (TCA)、及Pd(NO3 ) 2 +TCA作为基体改进剂可使吸光度分别增加 5倍、12 .4倍及 19倍 ,检出下限分别为 2 5ng/mL、12ng/mL、10ng/mL。以塞曼效应扣除背景吸收 ,能有效地克服Fe、Cu、Mn等共存离子的干扰。通过对奶牛、雏鸡血清及组织中钼含量的测定可知 。 Palladium nitrate(Pd(NO 3) 2),trichloroacetic acid(TCA),andPd(NO 3) 2+TCA were used as matrix modifiers to study their effectson determining the content of molybdenum by GFAAS.The degree of absorption were improved respectively by 5,12.4 and 19 times.The inferior limit of these methods were 25 ng/mL,12 ng/mL and 10 ng/mL respectively.The interference caused by Cu,Fe,Mg and so on can be effectively restrained by Zeeman AA-BG effect.The sensitivity and rates of recovery were significantly improved with mixed matrix modifier,asit was proved by determining the molybdenum content of serum and tissue of cattle and chicks.
