摘要
试验根据平衡麻醉理论、犬的生理特点和药物的理化特性 ,将麻醉剂、镇痛剂、镇静剂、肌松剂及其他麻醉辅助药品经过预试验、正交试验、正交决定性验证试验、优化组合方剂对犬的麻醉效果试验和优化组合方剂的急性毒性试验进行了犬的平衡麻醉复合制剂组方的研究 ,筛选出最佳组合方剂 ,定名为QFM合剂。并进行了合剂的联合药物效应评价 。
The most optimal combination of anaesthetic agent for dog's use was determined by selecting present narcotics, sedatives, analgesics and other supporting drugs based on the latest medical anaesthetic theories and the physicochemical characteristics, mechanisms of action pharmacological actions of anesthetics,and according to the physiological characteristics of dogs after a series of scientific experiments,which was pre-experiment,four factors-three level orthogonal tests,decisive orthogonal test,anaesthetic effects test and security coefficient tests. Pharmacodynamical action and practical application of the most optimal combination were also investigated in this study.This optimal combination was temporarily named QFM combination.
