摘要
本文介绍了当前国内外学者对网络教育的思考与总结,结合作者从事网络教学的体验,从学科教师的角度展开了对网络教学的系统要素、过程模式、资源媒体、教学设计等问题的讨论,并给出了相应的图表、模式和网络资源分析举例。文章集中分析了教师在网络教学中所需要的四个层面的支持和帮助,以及在提供这些支持和帮助时应该达到的要求。文章指出,网络教学给教师增添了许多新的任务和职责,提出了许多新的知识技能要求。要做一名成功的网络教师,首先就要做一个成功的学习者。在此过程中,更要重视将技术融入教学过程,知识建构要融会贯通,以及人与人、组织与组织间合作关系的融洽。
The paper introduces recent thinking and summary of networked instruction by Chinese and o-verseas scholars.Based on the experiences of author in networked teaching,the paper discusses the issues of system elements,process models,resources and media and instructional design in net-worked instruction,and proposes relevant chats and tables,models and case studies on analyzing of networked resources.It then concentrates on analysis of four levels of supports and assistance need-ed for teachers in networked instruction,and the requirement needed to be achieved while providing of these supports and assistance.The paper points out that networked instruction ask teachers to perform many new tasks and functions,proposes many new requirement in knowledge and skills.To be a successful networked teacher,you should to be a successful learner first.In the process to reach this goal,it is impor-tant to put technologies into the process of teaching-learning and knowledge construction,and to make good relationships between various persons and organizations.
