Requirements and Implementation of Learning Assessments in Networked Study

摘要 学习评价是远程教育服务质量管理的核心。网络学习的个别化、协作化、非结构化以及通过媒介而学习的特点决定了相应的学习评价要求:连续的形成性评价、加强自我评价和小组互评、多元化的评价方式以及追求评价的人文性等。因此,在实施上,我们认为,应该融评价于课程,以评促学,实现教学与评价一体化;应该实现多元评价,科学性与人文性相结合;应该加强隐性评价(自评和互评)等。 Learning assessments are the center of support services and quality management in distance e-ducation.Web-based learning and its individualized,cooperative,non-constructured,and resource-based features ask the corresponding requirements of learning assessments:continuing formative as-sessments,strengthening of self-assessments and team-based mutual assessments,various kinds of assessment methods,and the humanity of assessments.The paper points out that it is important to put assessments into the process of learning,to promote learning by assessments,and to achieve the integration of teaching and learning with assessments.It is also suggested that to carry out the mul-ti-level assessments,to combine scientific approach with human approach,and to strengthen reces-sive assessments(self-assessments and mutual assessments).
