摘要
介绍了通过三种不同途径开发的新型拒液纺织品 :(1)通过制备具有良好防水透湿性的聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜 ,再与织物复合 ,开发新型防水透湿织物 ;(2 )采用不同的纤维原料、织物组织结构、密度和化学后整理工艺 ,开发新型医用血液屏蔽织物 ;(3)通过电子束辐照后与丙烯酸单体接枝改性的方法 ,开发智能型抗浸织物。
Three pathes of developing new liquid repellent textile products are introduced. First, produce polyvinylidene fluoride fiber micropore film which has excellent waterproof & moisture permeable property and compounded the film with fabric, new waterproof & moisture permeable fabric are exploited; second, by adopting different fiber materials, fabric texture, density and chemical treatment processes, blood shielding fabric for medical use can be developed; third, by means of electron radiation and graft modification of crylic acid monomer, intelligent fabric of water logging resistance are exploited. New methods for exploiting new type liquid repellent textile products are obtained from the analysis results.
