The Quality Management in Rice Mills

从品质管理的现状及存在的问题 ,谈现代精米加工企业品质管理的重要性 ,及做好品质管理应处理好的关系。由分析知 :精米加工企业的品质管理是一项系统工程 ,精米加工企业的品质管理不应是被动、机械式的检验 ,而应该是主动的预防性的控制。提出要搞好品质管理 ,应兼顾好产品质量与工作质量 ,产品质量与生产成本 ,原料质量与成品质量 ,控制质量与最终检验的关系 ,认为原料的选择与定位、原料的检验与分析、原料的烘干与储藏、加工中的技术分析、主副产品的检验。

This paper discusses the quality management in modern rice mills and the issues which must be well handled in this aspect from the current status of and existing problems in quality management. Analysis shows that quality management in rice mills is a system engineering, it should not be a passive mechanical inspection but an initiative and preventive control. The author puts forward that to do quality management well considerations must be given to the relationships between the quality of products and work, product quality and production cost, the quality of materials and products, the quality of controlling and the final inspection. The author also holds that the selection, locating, testing, analysis, drying and storage of materials, the technical analysis in production operation, the testing of main and by- products, the quality information investigation in marketing and the clients' feedback about quality are keys of the quality management in rice mills.
