摘要
采用有较强同化淀粉能力的热带假丝酵母 ,固态发酵黄酒糟生产蛋白饲料。确立了固体发酵培养基最佳配比、营养液的添加量、初始含水量、初始pH值及发酵时间。对发酵产品的分析表明 :粗蛋白高达 5 7.2 7% ;真蛋白高达 5 0 .6 4 % ,淀粉降解率高达 5 8.99%。氨基酸总量 4 6 .11%。
Candida Tropicalis Y20-1 with strong ability for assimilating starch was used in the solid fermentation of rice wine distillers' grains to produce protein feed. The optimal ratio of solid-state media, the amount of nutrition solution, the optimal initial moisture, the optimal initial pH and the fermentation duration were obtained. The analysis of the fermented product showed that crude protein reached up to 57.67%, true protein 50.62%, start degradation percentage 58.99%. The total amino acid was 46.11% .
