摘要
分子筛的晶体结构不同于硅胶、活性炭等 ,具有高吸附性 ,对H2O ,NH3,H2S,CO2 等高极性分子具有很高的亲和力 ,在相对湿度小于30 %时 ,分子筛的吸水量比硅胶和氧化铝都高得多 ,用其生产无水酒精是最佳方案 ,工艺流程分为 :(1)两塔蒸馏加分子筛 ;(2)分子筛处理后在蒸馏塔回收 ;(3)分子筛处理后送专用塔浓缩。分子筛可再生使用 ,经2000次再生后 ,吸附容量仅下降30 %左右。(一平)
The crystal structure of molecular sieve, unlike that of silica gel and active carbon, has high absorption property and strong affinity to those high polar molecules such as H 2O, NH 3, H 2S And CO 2 etc. The soakage of molecular sieve is higher than that of silica gel and alumina when the relative humility less than 30 %. Accordingly, it becomes the best choice in the production of anhydrous alcohol. The production process are as follows: 1. Addition of molecular sieve during two-tower distillation; 2. Reclaim in distilling tower after molecular sieve management; 3. Condensation in specific tower after molecular sieve management. Molecular sieve could be periodic used and its absorption capacity drops only 30 % through 2000 times regeneration.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
