摘要
通过白酒处理现状分析 ,针对现行白酒处理技术装备之不足 ,研究探索综合处理白酒的新工艺技术路线 ,经可行性论证和近百家酒厂实际应用 ,效果比较理想。该技术装备投资省、消耗低、工艺简单 ,净化除浊、过滤、催熟陈化一次完成。原酒处理后任意加水降度 ,不浑浊、不失光 ,-15~ -20℃清亮透明。邪杂异味处理彻底 ,风味物质微量损失 ,基本无酒损。滤料重复再生使用 ,无废弃料排放 ,符合清洁生产要求 ,吨酒处理成本一元左右。
In view of the disadvantages of current technical arrangement in the treatment of liquor, we have analyzed liquor treatment situations and developed new techniques which have presented satisfactory results through experts′ assessment and practical application in hundreds of distilleries. The new technical arrangement has advantages of fewer investment and lower consumption and simpler operation. Besides, the work of purification, turbidity removal, filtration and aging could be done simultaneously. The alcohol degree of the brut after management could be dropped by random addition of water and the brut itself keeps transparent and clear at -15~-20℃. Furthermore, the off-flavor could be removed completely and there is only slight loss to flavoring materials and little loss to liquor itself. The filtering materials could be reused without spent material discharge, which is in accord with sanitary requirements. And the production cost for every ton of liquor is about one RMB.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
