The so-called ten famous liquors with cultural backgrounds include Maotai,Luzhou Laojiao, Jian′nanchun, Jiugui Liquor, Kongfujia Liquor, Daoguang Twenty-five Liquor, Ruyang Dukang Liquor, Shuang′gou Liquor, Baofen Liquor and Jinshiyuan Liquor. Each of them has its unique cultural properties. Maotai makes full use of its status of national liquor and typical representative of Maotai-flavor liquors; Luzhou Laojiao depends on its pits with more than 400 years′ history which are regarded as national treasures and its authoritative starter-making techniques and Luzhou-flavor liquor production techniques as well; Jian′nanchun focuses on its stable management and its Confucian backgrounds; Jiugui Liquor intends to present its unique liquor brand, its packing and its taste; Kongfujia Liquor develops its 'home cultures and Confucian cultures'; Daoguang Twenty-five Liquor is named by Emperor′s year and it adoptes the technique of aquavit workshop production; Ruyang Dukang Liquor expresses its 'founder′s culture'; Shuang′gou Liquor emphasizes particularly on the ancient charms; Jinshiyuan Liquor focuses on luck and cries up humanistic theories; Baofen Liquor advocates the integration of national customs and brand effects which represents 'national customs'.
