摘要
目的 :探讨前列腺癌周边血流分布及其频谱特征 ,提高超声诊断前列腺癌的水平。方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的 12例前列腺癌的彩色多普勒超声图像及血流频谱特征。结果 :前列腺癌周边血流丰富 ,彩色血流信号呈花环状或点棒状 ,多普勒频谱测值为高阻力指数特征。结论
Objective:To monitor the blood distribution around prostatic cancer and its frequency spectrum,and to improve diagnostic accuracy of prostatic cancer with ultrasound.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the color Doppler ultrasonogram and blood flow frequency spectrum of prostatic cancer in 12 patients,who were confirmed by pathologic examination.Results:The blood flow was abundant around the cancer tissue.The color signal of blood flow showed garland-like or punctate.The feature of its Doppler spectrum was of high speed and high resistance. Conclusion:The color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable for the diagnosis of prsotatic cancer.
