摘要 复合材料以其优良的性能而被广泛应用于航空、航天、军工等重要领域 ,但其成型过程难以控制 ,生产成本高。建立智能化在线监控系统 ,有效地调整生产工艺、科学设计 ,可提高生产质量 ,降低成本。除生产工艺智能化外 ,还需建立材料结构的智能化体系。本文介绍了复合材料智能制造和生产系统 ;智能材料与结构 ;智能材料工艺与结构系统中的传感器及人机界面在智能材料工艺与智能材料结构中的应用。 The composite materials are applied in the field of aerospace,millitary industry etc.for the reason of their merits.However,it is difficult to control the quality of composites during the molding process,thus leading to the high cost of the product.The quality of the product and the cost of manufacture can be effectively secured by establishing the intelligent on line monitoring system for the molding process of composites.On the other hand,it is also important to establish the smart material and structure system.The intelligent composite production system,smart material & structure,and the application of sensors and man machine interface in the intelligent material processing and smart material structure are also introduced.
