氟微量元素制剂对变形链球菌生长繁殖的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 比较几种氟微量元素及对应的单纯微量元素制剂对主要致龋菌变形链球菌生长繁殖的影响 ,探讨微量元素与氟的相互作用 ,筛选出具有较强抑制细菌生长繁殖的制剂。方法 选择氟微量元素制剂 :氟化亚锡、氟化锶、氟化锌、氟化镧、氟钼酸铵、氟化钠等及对应的单纯微量元素制剂——氯化亚锡、氯化锶、乙酸锌、氯化镧、钼酸铵和氯化钠等 ,加入变形链球菌的菌悬液 ,采用厌氧菌连续培养技术 ,观察菌悬液的吸光度和菌落计数的变化。结果 氟化钠、氟化亚锡、氯化亚锡、氟化锌、乙酸锌、氟钼酸铵和钼酸铵均有抑制变形链球菌生长的能力 (P<0 .0 1)。氟化亚锡的抑制作用比氯化亚锡强 (P<0 .0 1) ,氟化锌的抑制作用比乙酸锌强 (P<0 .0 1) ,氟钼酸铵与钼酸铵相比无明显差异。其中氟化亚锡和氟化锌对变链球菌生长繁殖的抑制作用最明显 (P<0 .0 1)。而氟化锶、氯化锶、氟化镧、氯化镧和氯化钠与对照组相比无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 氟微量元素制剂比单氟及无氟微量元素制剂具有更强的抑制细菌生长的作用 ,这一作用不仅仅归结于氟离子 ,并与制剂中微量元素的存在密切相关 ,提示氟与锡。 Objective To compare the influence of 6 trace element agents containing fluoride versus 6 trace element agents not containing fluoride on the growth of mutants of S.mutans and detect the interaction between fluoride and trace elements. Methods Six trace element agents containing fluoride 〔SnF 2, ZnF 2, SrF 2, LaF 2, (NH 3) 2MoF 8, NaF〕 and 6 trace element agents not containing fluoride 〔SnCl 2, SrCl 2, LaCl 2, ZnAc 2, (NH 3) 2MoO 4, NaCl〕 were selected. The continuous anaerobic cultivating technique and the absorbency of bacteria liquid and the count of bacteria were used to assess the effects of different agents on the growth of S.mutans. Results NaF, SnF 2, SnCl 2, ZnF 2, ZnAc 2,(NH 3) 2MoF 8 and (NH 3) 2MoO 4 were found to have strong inhibition effects on the growth of mutant of S.mutans ( P <0.01). SnF 2 had more stronger inhibition effects than SnCl 2; ZnF 2 had more stronger inhibition effects than ZnAc 2, no significant differences were seen between (NH 3) 2MoF 8 and (NH 3) 2MoO 4 . SnF 2 and ZnF 2 had most potent inhibition effects( P <0.01). No significant differences were observed between SrF 2, SrCl 2, LaCl 2, LaF 2 , NaCl and the control groups( P >0.05). Conclusion The agents containing fluoride and trace elements, such as stannum and zinc had the effects of prohibiting the growth of mutant of S.mutans, As far as caries prevention is concerned, the agents containing both fluoride and trace elements are more effective than mono fluoride, the potential mechanism may be the synergistic action between fluoride and trace elements.
