摘要
目的 确定 4种浓度的含氟涂料对人牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法 采用 2 2 0 0 0 ppm、1 0 0 0 0 ppm、50 0 0ppm及 2 2 0 0ppm等 4种不同浓度的含氟涂料处理离体人牙釉质后经脱矿实验 ,然后测量酸蚀液中钙的溶出量 ,并用激光荧光诊断仪对人工龋损进行定量诊断。结果 2 2 0 0 0 ppm组与 1 0 0 0 0ppm组的抗酸性无差别 ,而其余各组之间均有差别。结论 2 2 0 0 0 ppm及 1 0 0 0 0 ppm的含氟涂料抑制牙釉质脱矿的效果比 50 0 0 ppm及 2 2 0 0ppm的含氟涂料好 ,而将 2 2 0 0 0ppm的含氟涂料浓度降至 1 0 0 0 0 ppm ,并不影响它的防龋效果 ,因此 ,在临床应用时 。
Objective To determine the effect of fluoride varnishes with four fluoride concentrations on the acid resistance of human enamel. Methods72 non-carious human enamels were randomly divided into four groups and each group was given treatment of fluoride with different fluoride concentration respectively: 22000ppm, 10000ppm, 5000ppm and 2200ppm. Then the specimens were demineralized for 24h, and the amount of calcium dissolved in the acidic solution was determined. The artificial caries was diagnosed with a laser fluorescence system. Result The acid resistance of enamel between 22000ppm and 10000ppm treatment groups wasn't significantly different. The acid resistance of enamel between other groups was significantly different. Conclusion The effect of fluoride varnish with fluoride concentration of 22000ppm and 10000ppm to inhibit the demineralization of enamel precede that of the 5000ppm and 2200ppm. Reducing the concentration of fluoride from 22000ppm to 10000ppm has no effect on caries prevention. Thus, in clinical applications, we can take into account to reduce the fluoride concentration to increase the safety.
