Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗深牙周袋患牙的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的　探讨在牙周基础治疗后 ,应用Nd :YAG激光治疗牙周袋探诊深度仍大于 5mm、袋内探诊出血的牙周病患牙的效果。方法　将Nd :YAG激光的光纤深入袋内 ,沿袋壁上皮、袋底、根面各方向反复照射。结果　治疗此类牙周病患牙 30颗 ,与对照组 2 8颗患牙比较效果更佳 ,显效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　在传统的牙周治疗基础上 ,应用Nd
