硬皮病患者皮损转化生长因子β1、β2mRNA的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子(TGF)β1和β2在硬皮病发病中的作用。方法采用原位逆转录聚合酶链反应技术检测17例硬皮病患者皮损中TGF-β1、β2mRNA的原位表达情况,并以10例正常人皮肤组织作为对照。结果TGF-β1mRNA在硬皮病组表达阳性率和表达程度均高于对照组(P<0.05);TGF-β2mRNA在硬皮病组表达阳性率和表达程度与对照组相近(P>0.05);硬皮病皮损中TGF-β1mRNA表达阳性率和表达程度均高于TGF-β2mRNA(P<0.05)。结论TGF-β1mRNA在硬皮病皮损中高度表达,提示其在硬皮病病理纤维化的形成过程中起一定作用。 Objective To investigate the role of transforming growth factors(TGF-β1 and β2) in the pathogenesis of scleroderma(SD). Methods The mRNA expression of TGF-β1 and β2 in the skin lesions from 17 patients with SD and skin from 10 normal controls were detected with in situ RT-PCR technique. Results A higher positive rate and stronger expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in SD skin lesions were seen, compared with those in controls(P< 0.05).The difference of TGF-β2 mRNA expression between SD patients and controls was not significant (P >0.05).The higher positive rate and stronger expression of TGF-β1 mRNA than TGF-β2 mRNA in SD were seen(P< 0.05). Conclusion TGF-β1 mRNA is expressed intensely in the SD lesions , which implies that it may be involved in the pathogenesis of SD.
