阳城县卫生服务需求与利用研究

A STUDY ON THE DEMAND AND UTILIZATION OF HEALTH SERVICES IN YANGCHENG COUNTY,SHANXI PROVINCE

本文对山西省阳城县1345户家庭4720人群的卫生服务需求与利用进行了分析。描述性研究的主要结论是:慢性病患病率16.99%,影响居民健康的前4位慢性病是关节炎,高血压,慢支和消化道溃疡。4周患病率为25.47%,门诊就诊率17.20%,患者就诊率62.41%,未就诊率37.59%。未就诊的主要原因是自我医疗,病轻和慢性病。回顾期住院率5.04%,婴幼儿住院70%%因患小儿肺炎和高热,青少年住院40%因外伤,41岁～55岁男性因胃癌和食管癌住院占该年龄组住院的40%。未住院率24.40%,其中因经济困难未住院占68.42%。

This paper analysed the demand and utilization of health services of 4720 persons from 1 345 random sample households in Yangcheng county,Shanxi Province.The main results of descriptive study are that the prevalence rate of chronic diseases is 16.99%.The first four diseases affecting them are rheumatic arthritis,hypertension,chronic bronchitis and gastric and intestinal ulcers,The morbidity rate for a period of four week is 25.47%.The incidence of outpatient service is 17.20% in the investigated mass,the incidence of medical service is 62.41% in the patients and the remaining patients did not seek medical care(37,59%)The hospital admission rate at recall period was 5.04%.The incidence of “non-inpatient”among the investigated mass was 24.40%.Those who did not hospitalized were due to an economic reason (68.42%).
