A detailed dicussion is made in the paper of the structure and the application principle of ODBC and the structural formation of Client/Server(C/S) of metwork system. Taking the Three Class of Reserves network database management system as an example, an introduction is made of the design of Three Class of Reserves database system and the link-up of the applied program with the database by using the ODBC technology, and finally the formation and realization of functions of Three Class of Reserves network database management system in mine.
