鱼腥草滴眼液治疗急性卡他性结膜炎

Treatment of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis with Yuxingcao eye drops

目的 观察鱼腥草滴眼液治疗急性卡他性结膜炎的疗效。方法 观察组 10 3例 140眼采用鱼腥草滴眼液滴眼 ;对照组 6 0例患者 81眼予以 3g· L- 1氧氟沙星滴眼液滴眼 ,疗程 7d。结果 观察组总显效率 5 3.6 % ,对照组 45 .7% ,χ2 =1.0 2 7,P >0 .0 5 ;观察组有效率 88.1% ,对照组90 .1% ,χ2 =0 .175 ,P >0 .0 5 ,2组比较无显著性差异。结论鱼腥草滴眼液对急性卡他性结膜炎有显著疗效 ,与 3g· L- 1氧氟沙星相似。

Objectives To observe the curative effects of Yuxingcao eye drops in the treatment of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis. Methods One hundred and three patients(140 eyes)were dropped with Yuxingcao eye drops in the treated group; Sixty patients(81 eyes) were dropped with 3g·L -1ofloxacin eye drops in the control group.The period of treatment was 7 days.Results The total obvious effective rate was 53.6% in treated group and was 45.7% in the control group,χ 2 =1.027, P>0.05;The effective rate was 88.1% in the treated group and was 90.1% in the control group,χ 2 =0.175,P>0.05.There was not any significant difference in the groups. Conclusions Yuxingcao eye drops is effective obviously in the treatment of acute catarrhal cojunctivitis.It is similar to 3g·L -1 ofloxacin.
