摘要 目的本实验旨在建立一动物实验模型 ,观察实验性外淋巴瘘 (EPLF)对内耳功能的影响 ,为临床诊治PLF提供实验依据。方法 2 4只豚鼠随机分成 6组 ,每组 4只 ,右耳为对照耳。用微型注射器刺破左耳圆窗膜 (RWM)并抽出 2~ 4 μl外淋巴液造成EPLF ,分别于造瘘后 1、2、4、7、1 4、2 8天观察其耳蜗电图及前庭功能变化。结果在 95dBSPL强度短声刺激后的短期内 ,AP阈值和潜伏期增加 ,前庭功能减退 ,窗膜穿孔 2周左右 ,CAP值和潜伏期及前庭功能恢复正常。结论EPLF短期内引起耳蜗及前庭功能减退 ,1~ 2周可恢复至正常。 Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of experimental perilymphatic fistula (EPLF)on inner ear function and to provide the experimental evidence for clinical treatment.Methods 24 guinea pigs were divided into 6 groups randomly (4 per group and right ear as a control ).EPLF was produced by punctureing into the left round window membrane (RWM) of the guinea pigs and suctioning 2~4μl of perilymphatic fluid with a micropipette Electrocochleography(ECochG) and vestibular function were measured on the 1,2,4,7,14and 28 days of EPLF,respectively.Results Action potential (AP) thresholds and latencies of ECochG increased and vestibular function decreased within less than 7 days of EPLF.These parameters described above restored the normal level about tow weeks latter.Conclusions The results revealed EPLF can cause a sudden alteration of cochlear and vestibular function in a short time following perforation of RWM which might indicate inner ear damage secondary to perilymphatic fistula.
