摘要
目的观察视网膜缺血—再灌注损伤超微结构的变化。方法采用提高眼压法造成视网膜缺血后 ,恢复眼压形成血流再灌注。用电镜观察视网膜的超微结构变化。结果缺血 6 0min再灌注 2 4h后可出现 :视网膜节细胞核膜皱缩 ,染色质凝集成块状 ,线粒体空泡化 ,外节膜盘溶解。而且随着缺血时间的延长及再灌注时间延长 ,视网膜超微结构损害越严重。
Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes of retina injured by ischemia reperfusion(RIR) in SD rats.Methods A model of RIR was accomplished in SD rats by increasing the intraocular pressure to 14.63Kp via cannulation into the anterior chamber.The ultrastructural changes of rentina were observed at the diffecent periods of reperfusion after 30min or 60min ischemia.Results After ischemia-reperfusion,the ganglion cells of retina showed that the karyotheca crimpled the karyotin agglomerated,the mitochondrion was vacuocated and the membranous disc of outer segment was damaged.Apoptosis appeared 72 hours of reperfusion after 60min ischemia and the longer had ischemia continued, the more serious was the reperfusion injury.Conclusions RIR can make serious damage to retinal ultrastructure.
