摘要
目的 探讨原发性开角型青光眼患者和正常人视盘及其周边视网膜血液供应是否存在差异。方法 本研究采用了一种新型共焦扫描激光多普勒血流仪——海德堡视网膜血流仪 (heidelberg retina flowmetry,HRF) ,对 38例 72眼原发性开角型青光眼患者 (包括 5例正常眼压性青光眼患者 )和 31个正常人 (6 0眼 )的视盘大血管、盘沿、筛板及视盘旁视网膜的血流情况进行了探测 ,记录血流量 (vol)、血流速 (flw)和红细胞移动速率 (vel) 3项参数。结果 青光眼组视盘大血管和筛板区的 vol、flw与 vel值均较正常组低 (P<0 .0 1) ;青光眼组颞侧盘沿、鼻侧盘沿、视盘颞侧视网膜和视盘鼻侧视网膜的 vol值较正常组低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 flw和 vel值与正常组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the differences of optic disk and retinal blood supply in primary open angle glaucoma(POAG) and normal eyes.Methods A new confocal scanning laser Doppler flowmeter Heidelberg Retina Flowmetry(HRF) was used to measure 38 POAG patients (including 5 normal tension glaucoma patients , 72 eyes) and 31 normal control subjects (60 eyes) . Volume(vol) , flow(flw) , and velocity(vel) in optic disk vessels , temporal rim , nasal rim , temporal juxtapapillary retina , nasal juxtapapillary retina and lamia cribrosa were analyzed . Results The POAG group had significantly decreased blood volume , flow , and velocity in optic disk vessels and lamia cribrosa and in blood volume in temporal rim , nasal rim , temporal juxtapapillary retina , nasal juxtapapillary retina (P<0.01) . No difference was found between glaucomatous and control subjects in the blood flow and velocity measurements in temporal rim , nasal rim , temporal juxtapapillary retina and nasal juxtapapillary retina (P>0.05) .Conclusion The POAG patients tend to have lower blood supply than control subjects.
