小儿热感宁口服液对小儿上呼吸道感染解热作用

Study on Antipyretic Action of Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution on Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection of Children

目的 :评价小儿热感宁口服液对小儿上呼吸道感染 (上感 )性发热的解热作用。方法 :将 16 1例上感患儿随机分成 3组 ,其中小儿热感宁口服液组 (6 0例 )口服剂量为 :1岁以内 2 .5～ 5mL ,1～ 3岁 5～ 10mL ,～ 7岁 10～ 15mL ,～ 13岁 15～2 0mL。每日 3～ 4次 ,首剂加倍 ,3d为 1疗程 ,记录患儿服药前和服药后第 1,2 ,3,4,5 ,6h及服药后第 1,2 ,3日的体温 ,分别计算各个时间点药后与药前的体温差值 ,并与双黄连口服液组 (41例 )及维C银翘冲剂组 (6 0例 )进行疗效比较。结果 :3药均有逐渐降低上感发热患儿体温的作用 ,但小儿热感宁口服液的解热作用最强 ,与维C银翘冲剂组的体温差值比较 ,差异有显著意义 (药后 2 ,6h及药后 1,3d ,P <0 .0 5 ;药后 2d ,P <0 .0 1) ;与双黄连口服液组比较 ,体温差值亦有显著性差异 (药后 3 ,5 ,6h及药后 2 ,3d ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective: To evaluate the antipyretic action of Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution on acute upper respiratory tract infection of children. Methods: 161 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into 3 groups. 60 patients at different age ranges in Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution group were treated with Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution at different dosags, 3～4 times every day. The treatment course was 3 days. Patients' body-temperatures before and after treatment were recorded. The temperature differences in various time points before and after treatment were computed, and compared with the results of Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution group and Wei C Yingqiao Tablets group.Results: All three drugs could reduce the patients' body-temperatures gradually, but the antipyretic action of Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution was the strongest. There were significant differences in temperature difference between Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution Group and Wei C Yinqiao Granules (in 2 or 6h after treatment and in 1 day or 3 days after treatment, P <0.05, in 2 days after treatmet, P <0.01), and Xiaoerreganing Oral Solution group and Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution group (in 3,5 and 6h after treatment, and in 2 and 3 days after treatment P <0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoerreganning Oral Solution is effective for acute upper respiratory tract infection of children.
