摘要 通过对山西某电厂3号机组主蒸汽管道发生变形进行深入研究,从失效分析入手,有针对性地对管系进行改造设计和更换必要的支吊架。经处理后的管系补偿良好、疏水畅通、流阻较小、支吊合理、维护方便。同时确定了管系的危险截面位置,并在该处采取了有效的监督手段,使之成为监督的重点,确保了管系安全运行。 No.3boiler in Shanxi Niangziguan Thermal Power Plant has operated for more than ten years and its main steam pipes have been out of shape.Based upon analysis and study,the retrofitting design of pipe system was put forward and the necessary supports and hangers were replaced with new ones.After retrofitting,the compensation of main steam pipe system is good,drains are easy and smooth,flow resistance is small,supports and hangers are reasonable,and maintenance is convenient.Meanwhile,the dangerous sections are fixed and the corresponding effective monitoring means are taken,ensuring the safe operation of pipe system.
