摘要 电力市场环境下,可用传输容量(ATC)表示线路可用于交易的剩余容量,其计算评估是电力市场顺利运行的重要问题之一。提出采用Benders分解算法分主从2层计算ATC值。主层表示稳态约束,从层中的每个预想事故均可单独求解,从而有并行计算的可能性。经IEEE30节点系统算例检验本算法精度高,性能优于分布系数法。 Evaluation of available transfer capability(ATC),which represents the room available for trading,is a key issue of running a successful electric power market.ATC evaluation by hierarchical approach based on Benders decomposition is proposed in this paper.The steady state operating conditions are expressed in the master level and the contingency conditions in the slave level,each sub-problem in the slave level can be solved independently,so it is possible to employ parallel processing technique.Simulations on the IEEE30bus system demonstrate the proposed method is more accurate than the distribution factors method.
