摘要
介绍由先进的小型叉车和绝缘清扫器组成的、适用于500kV电压等级变电设备带电清扫的机具。叉车的货叉装设有侧移器,清扫机上的蟹钳形毛刷盘可自动张合、毛刷盘直径可在一定范围内自动调节;清扫机的货叉和绝缘清扫器的2级升降,清扫作业采用无线遥控操作。叙述CZQ-50超高压带电清扫机现场使用情况和使用前景。
The live cleaning equipment adapted for500kV power transformation equipments is introduced in this paper,which is made up of small fork truck and insulation cleaner.The side-removable equipment is equipped on fork truck.Crab type brush plate can open and close automatically,with brush diameter adjustable within certain range.The fork and insulation cleaning equipment has two-grade of lift,and cleaning work can be conducted by wireless remote control.Application and prospect of CQZ-50type UHV cleaning equipment is described in this paper.
