基于USS协议的计算机控制多电机调速系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Multiple-motor SR System Controlled by PC Based on USS Protocol

本文介绍了一个由工控机与西门子直流调速器联网组成的计算机调速控制系统。采用基于RS485接口的USS协议实现了工控机与多台直流调速器的串行通信控制。本系统的独到之处在于不需购置额外的系统组态附件即实现联网调速,为钢管轧机的控制提供了一个低成本、高性能的方案。

This paper introduces a computer controlled SR system composed of PC and Siemens DC speed regulators. The serial communication between PC and multiple DC speed regucators is controlled by USS protocol which is based on RS485 interface. The advantage of the system is to accomplish SR on network withant extra system configuration attachments. There by a high cost performance scheme for rolling mill control is provided.
