摘要
通过田间调查和计算 ,棉田棉铃虫二代卵空间分布型符合泊松分布和负二项分布 ,麦田一代幼虫空间分布型符合负二项分布。明确了棉田棉铃虫一、二代卵呈聚集分布 ,麦田一代幼虫也为聚集分布。比较了大五点、双对角线、平行线和Z字型 4种抽样方法 ,以Z字型和平行线的方法为佳 。
On the basis of investigation and analysis, the results showed that the distribution pattern of egg of the first and second generation of cotton boll worm belongs to an aggregated distribution pattern, and the distribution pattern of larva of the first generation also belongs to an aggregated pattern. Its main pattern type belongs to negative binomial distribution. The parallel line and 'Z' method are the optimum sampling pattern by comparing quincunx method, double diagonal line, parallel line and 'Z' method.
