摘要
预分解窑系统窑炉用风量的合理匹配对于稳定系统的热工制度 ,提高熟料的产量、质量都至关重要 .但不同的窑炉结构及不同的操作条件 ,窑炉内煤粉燃烧的环境也不尽相同 ,燃烧所需要的气体量也不同 .根据预分解窑系统煤粉燃烧的特点 ,结合国内几家预分解窑的实际生产情况 ,探讨了窑炉在正常运行条件下的用风量 ,即一、二、三次风的风量大小 .并根据某厂家在生产过程中为强化炉内煤粉的燃烧 ,而对三次风风门开度进行了两次调整后的现场检测结果 ,讨论了窑炉用风量的合理匹配问题及其对系统正常运转的重要性 .指出生产中一定要注意风的分配、窑炉用煤量的比例 ,并兼顾整个系统风、煤、料的匹配关系 .
The quantities of gas flow rate, i.e. the primary, secondary, tertiary air flow rate are discussed based on the characteristics of combustion of pulverized coal in precalciner kilns and the actual production of a few domestic cement plants under the normal production condition. According to the measurement results of three openings of the tertiary air control valve in air conduit in a cement plant, where reinforcing coal combustion is needed, the suitable arrangement of the gas flow rate of kiln and precalciner and its important effects on the normal operation of the sintering system are discussed. The arrangement of gas flow rate, the proportion of coal used in kiln and precalciner and the rational match of coal, raw meal and air flow rate are presented.
